|---|---|
| Season | A group of events whose results are combined into standings (see Preferences › Season points). |
| Event | A single day's competition — has its own drivers, classes, run groups, and runs. |
| Class | A category cars compete within (e.g. by modification level). Classes can be indexed against each other with a PAX/index factor. |
| Run Group (heat) | A subset of classes that run together on course at the same time, so the course isn't overloaded with every car at once. |
| Course | A physical layout cars drive. An event can run one or two courses at once. |
| Staged | A driver has been called up next but hasn't started their run yet. |
| On Course | A driver has started their run and is currently on course. |
| Split | An optional intermediate timing point partway through the course (Split 1, Split 2). |
| Cone / Gate Penalty | Time added to a raw run time for hitting a cone or missing a gate; the penalty amount is set per event. |
| DNF | Did Not Finish — the run is recorded but doesn't count as a finished time. |
| Index / PAX | A multiplier applied to a class's raw time so different classes of car can be compared on one combined leaderboard. |
| Novice | A driver flag used for novice-only results and standings. |
| Run Group Grid | The printed run order for a heat, handed out at grid so cars know their running order. |
| Best Run / All Runs | Whether standings use each driver's single best run of the day, or every run. |
