Results, Printing & Export

Printing run-order grids, generating results reports, and backing up or sharing event data.

Printing the run order (grid)

File › Export › Grid opens the Export Grid window. Choose a Run Group, optionally check Group 2-drivers at front to keep co-driver pairs together at the top of the running order, then select Export… to produce a printable run order for that heat — the sheet handed out at grid.

Results reports

File › Results opens the Results window. Choose:

  • A Course — course 1, course 2, or (with two courses) Combined.
  • A result type: By Class, Indexed, Novice, Raw, or Penalties.
  • A printer, then Print, or Save to write the results to a file instead. Close dismisses the window.
Result typeShows
By ClassStandard class-by-class results.
IndexedResults adjusted by each class's index (PAX) factor, for a combined leaderboard across classes.
NoviceIndexed results restricted to novice-flagged drivers.
RawUnadjusted raw times, no index applied.
PenaltiesA penalty breakdown — save results first if this option prompts you to.

Backing up or moving an event

  • File › Export › Event writes the current event's data to a file — useful as a backup, or to hand the event off to another computer.
  • File › Import › Event loads driver/class/registration data into an event. This is blocked once the event already has drivers, so it's meant for the very start of setup (also used for MSR/Pronto imports — see Drivers & Run Groups).

Season points

If you're running a multi-event points season, File › Season › Edit opens the Seasons manager, where you can:

  • Add / Edit / Remove a season.
  • See the events that belong to a season and select one to open (Run).

Editing a season (or creating one) sets:

FieldMeaning
NameThe season's display name.
Events to CountHow many of a driver's best events count toward their season total (a typical “drop your worst event(s)” setting).
Use Index PointsWhen checked, standings are scored using indexed results. When unchecked, you supply a manual finishing-position → points table.
Allow multiple classesLets a driver's results from more than one class count toward the season.
